What is Photography?

Photography for some is a way of stepping back and looking at places and people in a whole new way. A moment caught in time to reflect back on; the emotions, the place, a recorded history. 

Photography is a vision which allows you to project your ideas for others to see and enjoy; to study photography. This is part of what makes you a good photographer.

Sometimes we walk right past something and not give it a second thought, not quite the shot you want but then you turn around and there it is - the perfect shot.

Depending on the person; whether a professional photographer, novice, or enthusiast, photography can mean many different things. For some taking pictures is a release to get away from the everyday world, for others it's a way of expressing their creative side by taking a picture or pictures and projecting ideas for making art to share with others.
